These 1-day Fall Protection End User Train the Trainer courses assist employers in meeting the current federal and selected state regulations for Qualified Person training, testing, and evaluation. After passing this course, the student would be able to provide in-house fall protection end-user training for their company. This program does not meet the requirements for competent person training; nor does it cover all laws, regulations and standards from every state.
The program covers hazard awareness and the basic selection, inspection and safe use of fall protections systems and components in accordance with Federal OSHA Laws.
The training curriculum covers the following:
- Recognizing and understanding potential risks and worksite falling hazards.
- Understand the pre-use inspection and rejection criteria of the applicable employer designated fall protection systems applicable in their situation. (as covered by appropriate training)
- Understand the proper and safe use of the applicable employer designated fall protection systems utilized in their situation. (as covered by appropriate training)
